Replacing conventional charging downtime with an innovative hot-swap battery solution, the robot achieves true 24-hour continuous operation-delivering uninterrupted, flexible material handling and collaborative work for continuous production environments such as 3C electronics manufacturing and precision assembly.

Appearance: Integrated Industrial Design, Status at a Glance The new model continues Ezhan's family design language, featuring a high-saturation cyan-green industrial finish and a compact, streamlined body. It is equipped with a concealed top hatch, a pull-out battery drawer, an emergency stop button, and cooling grilles. Both the base and the robotic arm carry color-changing ring status lights that reflect the robot's operating state in real time-balancing safety and visibility while blending seamlessly into modern smart factories.

Hot-Swap Battery, Zero Downtime: Tool-Free Swapping in Seconds Conventional robots typically require downtime to charge, disrupting production-line rhythm. Ezhan's new model overcomes this bottleneck with rapid battery swapping: without any tools, operators can open the top hatch, slide out the large-capacity battery pack, and push in a fully charged replacement-all within seconds. As the ring light shifts from blue to red and back to blue, the seamless power transition is shown instantly, enabling true battery swap without downtime and eliminating line stoppages.

24-Hour Continuous Operation: Non-Stop Work Powered by the rapid hot-swap refueling mechanism, the robot can operate autonomously 24/7 across the plant: autonomous navigation, automatic obstacle avoidance, and precise positioning, while the arm performs smooth multi-angle motions-lifting, rotating, bending-simulating pick-and-place industrial operations. Extended continuous handling and fine manipulation are no longer constrained by battery capacity, keeping production lines running around the clock.
