Equipped with laser SLAM autonomous navigation, this multi‑scene delivery robot requires no magnetic strips, QR codes or other site modifications. It adapts perfectly to complex industrial environments such as narrow aisles, multi‑station cross‑operation and mixed human‑robot traffic, supporting stable 7×24‑hour non‑stop delivery.

In terms of product design, the robot integrates multi‑line LiDAR, visual sensors and a multi‑layer safety anti‑collision perception system. It can dynamically identify obstacles, independently plan optimal travel routes, slow down automatically to avoid people and objects, and trigger emergency braking to guarantee workshop operational safety. A high‑definition touch interactive screen is mounted on the unit for visualised task assignment, status monitoring and fault alerts. Capable of connecting with factory management systems including MES and WMS, it enables automatic work‑order distribution, precise material delivery, and full‑track traceability of handling data to realise end‑to‑end digital management. Its flat‑bed cargo structure is compatible with turnover boxes, tooling pallets, material bins and other carriers. It flexibly meets diverse delivery demands such as production‑line feeding, finished‑goods transfer, empty‑container recycling and cross‑workshop material allocation. A single robot covers most internal logistics scenarios within a factory.

Different from conventional AGVs that feature long deployment cycles, fixed‑purpose scenarios and high renovation costs, the Yizhan delivery robot delivers powerful flexible expandability. When production‑line layouts or workshop workstations are adjusted, operators only need to update the digital map to adapt to new travel paths without hardware modification. Multi‑robot cluster scheduling supports dozens of units working in coordination without mutual interference, catering to logistics requirements as factory capacity expands.
