Featuring a fully‑enclosed protective cabinet and integrated roller transfer unit, it enables automated material handling for strict clean‑room conditions and fills the gap for intelligent logistics under demanding working scenarios.
In pharmaceutical and semiconductor workshops, dust and particle contaminants pose major threats to production quality. Conventional open‑frame roller AMRs expose transmission parts, which may generate debris and airborne particles during operation and violate clean‑room standards. Ezhan's sealed roller transfer AMR fully encloses roller drive assemblies inside a sealed cabinet to block particle leakage caused by mechanical friction and prevent secondary contamination to clean‑room air.
Equipped with an automatic rolling shutter gate on top, the robot keeps its roller mechanism fully covered at standby status. When docking with assembly lines, the shutter lifts automatically and rollers extend to load and unload materials. Turnover boxes, material trays and tooling pallets can be transferred seamlessly between robot and production lines without manual handling.
