This new video complements our previously released footage of department drug retrieval operations, fully presenting the complete closed-loop intelligent drug delivery process for smart hospitals.
Different from traditional manual hospital drug distribution, our intelligent medical delivery robot adopts a mature RFID identification technology solution, realizing automated, high-precision, and fully traceable drug distribution. To ensure stable and standardized on-site operation of the equipment, our professional engineering team completed on-site deployment, system debugging and one-on-one staff training for hospital projects. Meanwhile, we have recorded a complete series of segmented operation tutorial videos, covering every operational link of the robot to facilitate long-term standardized use by hospital staff.
Standard RFID Medication Loading & Intelligent Delivery Process
The entire drug loading and delivery process is simple, safe and highly automated, with strict authorization and traceability mechanisms throughout:
First, authorized pharmacy staff can safely unlock the robot's drug cabinets through dual verification methods: RFID card swiping or password input, effectively avoiding unauthorized operation risks. After opening the equipment cabinet, staff place the pre-packed RFID-tagged medicine boxes into the corresponding robot storage compartments.
Equipped with independent intelligent identification and control systems, the robot can automatically identify RFID label information on medicine boxes and accurately match the target delivery department of each drug. After the medicine placement is completed and the "Start Delivery" command is issued, the robot realizes fully autonomous navigation and transportation without excessive manual intervention.
After arriving at the designated hospital department, only authorized department staff can unlock the cabinet and take out the medicines via RFID card or password verification. The whole process forms a complete closed loop from pharmacy loading to department retrieval. All operation records including operator information and operation time are automatically stored in the system, achieving full-process traceability, error-free drug distribution and responsible personnel confirmation.
