Ezhan, a leading provider of industrial automation and robotics solutions, today announced the launch of its new composite collaborative robot, a fully integrated mobile manipulator system developed in close collaboration with Tsinghua University, one of China's most prestigious research institutions.
The new robot is built around three core components: an autonomous mobile base, an industrial-grade control cabinet, and a high-precision 6-axis collaborative robotic arm. Designed to operate seamlessly across dynamic factory environments, the system addresses a growing demand for flexible automation that combines the ability to move freely with the dexterity to perform complex pick-and-place tasks.
Unlike traditional fixed automation lines, Ezhan's mobile manipulator can navigate production floors, move between workstations, and adapt to changing workflows without costly infrastructure changes. The autonomous mobile base enables the robot to travel along production lines, through narrow aisles, and between storage and assembly areas, while the 6-axis robotic arm provides the flexibility to pick, sort, and place components, raw materials, and finished goods.

Each unit is fully designed, assembled, and tested in-house at Ezhan's facilities, allowing for full traceability and customization to meet specific production requirements.
