Recently, our partner customer in India held a special internal technical sharing session at its factory. At the meeting, the customer displayed content via large-screen projection, introducing the technical features, operating performance, workflow and on-site implementation plan of Ezhan laser SLAM autonomous mobile robot (AMR) to internal production, technical and operation teams. The session aimed to popularize intelligent automated material handling solutions and advance the implementation of internal logistics intelligent upgrading.
Hosted and delivered independently by the customer, the sharing session adopted visualized projection materials, including live operation videos, equipment structure diagrams, technical parameters and scenario adaptation cases of Ezhan AMR robots. Based on the current material handling situation and upgrading demands of its own factory, the customer team explained the core advantages of the product to internal employees. Adopting laser SLAM marker-free autonomous navigation, the robot requires no auxiliary facilities such as magnetic tapes or QR codes. On-site mapping and deployment can be completed efficiently, so it can quickly adapt to complex workshop aisles and multi-point round-trip transportation, matching the flexible production rhythm of Indian factories.
During the presentation, the customer focused on introducing the actual working capacity and safety configurations of the equipment. Ezhan AMR robot delivers stable load capacity and comes with an integrated touch screen. Operators can directly view task scheduling, route status and equipment data for convenient and efficient human-machine interaction. Equipped with multi-layer safety protection including intelligent obstacle avoidance, audio-visual warning and emergency stop, it enables fully automatic unmanned transportation of bins, pallets, raw materials and other goods. It optimizes traditional manual handling modes, streamlines workshop material flow, and improves overall transportation efficiency and operational standardization. Meanwhile, the customer also introduced our customized adaptation capability, delivery process and after-sales operation & maintenance support system, laying internal technical groundwork for large-scale implementation in the future.
Through this projection presentation, all staff of the enterprise gained a clear understanding of the application scenarios, operation logic and upgrading value of Ezhan AMR robots. The session aligned ideas for workshop intelligent renovation and built solid internal awareness for equipment entry testing, pilot deployment and subsequent mass application.
