Ezhan's E300 300kg Laser SLAM Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) is successfully implemented at an electronics manufacturer's SMT workshop, automating material flow between warehouses, line-side stations and finished goods zones.
SMT production faces challenges including diverse material SKUs, strict ESD protection and frequent production line changeovers. Manual material delivery often causes production halt, safety hazards and poor traceability. Ezhan E300 provides a non-invasive flexible logistics solution with no magnetic tape or QR codes on the floor.
The E300 lift AMR supports 300kg payload and ESD protection for PCB and reel handling. Environment mapping takes only 30 minutes. Integrated with MES systems, the robot automatically responds to on-demand material calls, navigates obstacles and collaborates with other robots. Multi-sensor safety design ensures safe human-robot interaction.
Since launch, the robot improves material delivery punctuality and cuts manual handling workload. All logistics data is recorded automatically for full material traceability. The solution can scale easily by adding more robots, with a full project delivery cycle of just 45 days.
